A Castle Restorations rep will always be on-site for the adjuster inspection to make sure no detail is overlooked—even the minor signs of damage that can make or break a claim approval.
If your claim is partially approved or denied, we don’t stop there. We conduct additional tests like brittle tests, repair attempts, and even send shingle samples to testing labs to determine if materials are discontinued—all in an effort to get your full roof or exterior restoration covered by insurance.

Andrew Castle
Before starting Castle Restorations, I worked for a large, multi-million-dollar home improvement company where the primary focus was retail sales. Every day, we were trained aggressively on sales tactics—how to overcome objections, apply pressure, and turn “no” into “yes.” While it was effective from a business standpoint, it didn’t always feel right. Too often, homeowners were being pushed into spending tens of thousands of dollars out of pocket without fully understanding their options.
That experience made me realize how easily homeowners can be taken advantage of when they don’t have the right information. It didn’t feel like we were truly helping people—it felt like we were capitalizing on moments of vulnerability. I knew there had to be a better way.
Everything changed when I transitioned into insurance restoration. Instead of selling, the focus was education—identifying storm damage, explaining risk, and helping homeowners understand when insurance coverage could apply. Over the years, I walked into hundreds of homes where families were preparing to spend $30,000–$40,000 out of pocket on a roof they couldn’t comfortably afford. By simply providing honest guidance and handling the insurance process correctly, we were able to save them that cost entirely.
That’s why I started Castle Restorations. I wanted to build a company that protects homeowners, not pressures them. A company that leads with information, transparency, and advocacy. Today, we leave projects with handshakes, smiles, and homeowners who feel relieved—not sold.
